Telephone helplines:

The Sanctuary (mental health crisis line) - 0300 003 7029 - operates a 24-hour service available every day of the year for people who are struggling to cope, experiencing depression, anxiety, panic attacks or are in crisis.

The MIND charity has a number of sites across the UK who offer mental health support; contact details for your local MIND resource can be accessed from their website; www.mind.org.uk
