Dr L​ynne Douglas

Lynne is an experienced leader and ICF ACTP level 2 qualified coach with a track record in delivering change, working across boundaries and motivating others to see life through many lenses.

As CEO of Bield Housing & Care, Lynne is particularly interested in the role of third sector organisations in the reform of our public services.

Over the past two decades, she has worked as a Director working at Board level. She enjoys working strategically at national level and has experience with Scottish Government and key external stakeholders in helping to shape and implement policy.
