TSA Annual General Meeting 2014

This year’s TSA Annual General Meeting took place at the Radisson Blu Hotel at Manchester Airport on the 22 May.
It was another well attended event, with over 100 delegates attending the AGM.  The purpose of the event is to offer members a chance to network, and to also update them with what we as an organisation has achieved over the past 12 months, and what we plan to achieve in the next year.

We were also delighted to be handing out awards to Serco and Dudley Telecare Service both receiving their glassware for their accreditation to the Integrated Code of Practice.
