The role of Business Development Manager for supported living will develop opportunities to deliver Progress Lifeline technology enabled care services for people with learning disabilities and autism and mental ill health living in supported living accommodation.

Telecare Technology Co-ordinator


We are looking for a dynamic Telecare Technology Coordinator who can lead and support our vision to improve health and social care related outcomes to the citizens of Bristol.

In this role you will need to work with departments across the council including developing, monitoring and enhancing both Adult Care and private client care technology assistive technology interventions to deliver to achieve effective outcomes.

The role will be situated within our new Operations Centre which is a new state of the art, multi-purpose operations centre that has brought together the Emergency Control Centre, Traffic Management and Community Safety (CCTV) Control Rooms.  The Centre is a 24/7/365 days a year operational space, offering a variety of services and is a platform for smarter city services as well as our Careline monitoring services.


This role is a 12 Month Fixed Term contract.

Working closely with the new Business Development Manager, Assistive Technology Operational Lead, Aids and Adaptations Team and external stakeholders. Providing professional advice and input to the service offer, to colleagues within the Directorate and beyond.

We are looking for the right person to be able to have the capability to empower and influence others to embrace new practices, processes and link together a conjoined approach and way of thinking. Along with investigating and recommending ways of developing Careline and care technology assistive technology services to improve our overall offering and raise the profile of technology based products.

Advanced Clinical Practitioner

You will be the front face of Ebisu providing healthcare for a range of urgent care minor health problems; diagnosing and treating patients presenting with minor ailments and advising people in respect of their continuing medical needs.
You will work on a digital platform, from your own computer, forming part of a team of online ACPs, GPs and a clinical administration team.
You will work from a single appointment list, along with other healthcare professionals and will be supported and supervised by the online GP who will be available for advice and referral of patients with complex problems.

Telecare Senior Installer


The role is based at Charlton House Community Resource Centre in Keynsham, but the Post Holder will be working across Bath and North East Somerset and South Gloucester at multiple locations. This is a Full time role of 37.5 Hours, predominately working Monday - Friday between the hours of 8.30am to 4.30pm.

The purpose of this role is to deliver and install specialist Telecare equipment consisting of Pendant and Door alarms, Bed/Chair movement sensors, Memo minders, Smoke, Heat and Fall detectors and property exit sensors, enabling people to feel safe and secure and achieve independence in their own home.

This is an exciting opportunity to market the service to corporate partners such as health professionals and parish councils and to identify customer groups within our 6,000 customer base and maximise opportunities for growth.   The role will involve drawing up and implementing targeted plans, analysing and identifying features required by customers from an emergency alarm service.

The successful candidate will be a team player, have a persuasive nature and be able to build relationships with a range of customers and colleagues as well as being able to identify potential opportunities for a growing the customer base. You will have previous proven ability in a competitive market with a proven record of targets being achieved.

Salary: £24,000 + Quartly bonus per annum
