Telecare Service Advisor - Full time
 
 
Safe and Connected provides a valuable 24 hour monitoring and response service to some of Enfield’s most vulnerable people. Telecare further enhances the support we provide by automatically monitoring and detecting potential crisis situations (i.e. alerting to an epileptic seizure) at the earliest opportunity.
 
 
Having developed the service considerably over recent years and introduced Telecare, we are now undertaking a programme to further transform and enhance the service and are looking to recruit an experienced Telecare Advisor to join our constantly evolving, successful and professional service.

We are looking to recruit customer sales advisors to join our friendly team and help us achieve our ambition for growth. This is a new role where you will effectively process and convert incoming/outgoing sales leads through all channels, and take payments as required. You will create efficient appointments, and manage our field based staff.

 

This role would be suited to someone who is a “people person” who has an open and friendly attitude, and can demonstrate empathy towards customers.  There is no hard selling or cold calling.

ICES provides specialist equipment to support health and social care interventions in community settings. Based within the Commercial Team, ICES is jointly commissioned by Health and Social Care partners across Lincolnshire.
