North Hertfordshire District Council is seeking to update its current telecare calls handling platform by August 2025. We wish to ask respondents to outline the specifications and requirements for procuring a telecare alarm receiving software package for a call centre. This software will play a vital role in effectively managing and responding to telecare alarms and calls from individuals in need of assistance. The software should provide reliable and efficient functionality to ensure the highest level of care and support for users.
