Platinum Member Status

TSA members who attain to the very highest standards in the provision of Telecare and Telehealth services can gain 'Platinum Member' status. To become a Platinum Member  organisations must comply with the following criteria:

 

  • Become accredited to every module of the Code of Practice for the services they provide
  • Be compliant with the European Technical Specification for the services they provide
  • Achieve 98.5% of calls - answering time not to exceed 60 seconds, providing the 24/7 Monitoring Module

 

Service providers who become Platinum Members are entitled to use the TSA Platinum Logo on their website and corporate literature.
