Flexible Procurement Agreement for the Provision of Personal Care and Support at Home and Auxiliary Care and Support Services


Sunderland City Council is establishing a Flexible Procurement Agreement for care and support services that will include the provision of personal care and support at home and auxiliary care and support services. The Flexible Procurement Agreement will cover personal care and support at home and auxiliary care and support service provision for individuals who:

  • Are aged 18 years and over, and
  • Are living within their own homes, and
  • Who have care and support needs arising as a result of frailty; a physical disability; a sensory impairment; a mental health need, including dementia/cognitive impairment and a learning disability including autism and challenging behaviour)
  • Have been assessed by the Council as being eligible under the Care Act 2014 for care and support and whose care is funded full, or in part by the Local Authority

Interested parties may express an interest and submit a tender in response to the ITT from 20th June 2018

Supported living services for adults with broad ranging learning disabilities and complex health needs


Wakefield Council wishes to purchase care and support services for approximately 77 adults with broad ranging learning disabilities and complex health needs across 24 supported living properties, to help them live fulfilling and independent lives


Alongside the delivery of care and support within this contract, the Council intends to carry out a programme of transformation, working with the successful provider, service users and their families and representatives and partner organisations (including health partners) to deliver improved services and increased choice.

Help to Live at Home Contingency Framework - Market Engagement Event



Leicestershire County Council , working with West Leicestershire CCG and East Leicestershire and Rutland CCG, are holding an event to engage the market in the development of a Contingency Framework to support the existing countywide Help To Live at Home Framework providers to respond to the demand for care within Leicestershire. Help To Live at Home is a personalised home or domiciliary care, support and reablement service designed to meet the social and continuing health care needs of eligible service users aged 18 or over in Leicestershire. The service supports people to live independently in their own homes, for as long as possible, facilitates safe and timely discharges from hospital and reduces avoidable hospital admissions.

Supply and delivery of technology enabled care


A renewal framework for the Supply & Delivery of Technology Enabled Care, and associated ancillary equipment, products and services. The scope of products (but not limited to:


Telecare (hardwired and non hard wired) alarm units, personal alarm trigger devices, wall mounted alarm triggers, alert devices/pagers;, personal care/well being movement detectors and sensors, GPS devices, telecare mobile phones, environmental devices and key storage compartments, ancillary real time lifestyle monitoring services and GPS tracking services, warden call systems and alarm receiving centre systems.




Integrated Dementia Service


Lewisham CCG and the London Borough of Lewisham are looking to establish a community that accepts and understands dementia and which has an infrastructure that provides opportunities for people living with dementia and their carers to lead fulfilling and rewarding lives for as long as possible.

The Integrated Dementia Service that is being commissioned comprises of • A Dementia Advice and Information Service • Dementia Training • Carers Support and Information • Meaningful Activities The commissioning authority welcomes Expressions of Interest from tenders from a single provider or a partnership between providers in delivering this Integrated Dementia Service.


The procurement will be run using the Restricted Procedure. Tenderers will required to complete the Standard Selection Questionnaire initially.


Following evaluation shortlisted providers will be invited to make a full tender submission.

Provision of a Telecare and Out of Hours Call Monitoring Service


Wrexham County Borough Council is seeking to appoint a provider of Telecare Services for their county-wide service and an ‘Out of Hours’ call monitoring service for a number of Council departments. An external delivery partner (TSA Accredited) currently delivers the service and the current contract is due for renewal from 1st December 2018.


Wrexham County Borough Council wishes to work with a service provider who can deliver a comprehensive Telecare Service, to a growing number of Telecare Service users and provide the other call handling functions.

The Council wishes to commission a Care Home service provision focusing on the outcomes people want and value. The Council invites Suppliers to tender to join a Dynamic Purchasing System (known as the DPS) for the provision of Residential and Nursing care home services.

The Council will tender for the provision of Residential and Nursing care for Long Term and Short Stay Care which includes Respite. Suppliers are able to tender against one or more of the following Lots:- • Older People • Physical Disability/Sensory impairment • Mental Health • Dementia • Learning Disability/Autism Spectrum Disorder.
