The Council wishes to commission a Care Home service provision focusing on the outcomes people want and value. The Council invites Suppliers to tender to join a Dynamic Purchasing System (known as the DPS) for the provision of Residential and Nursing care home services.

The Council will tender for the provision of Residential and Nursing care for Long Term and Short Stay Care which includes Respite. Suppliers are able to tender against one or more of the following Lots:- • Older People • Physical Disability/Sensory impairment • Mental Health • Dementia • Learning Disability/Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Home Care and Continuing Health Care in Urban Areas of Gloucestershire (Urban DPS)


Gloucestershire County Council in partnership with the Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is commissioning Community Based Support services in the home for Health and Social Care within Gloucestershire.

Care Navigation Market Event

Medway CCG and Medway Council intend to procure a comprehensive Care Navigation service from a provider by the end of summer 2018 with a view for the service to begin on October 1st 2018.

Supply of Telecare Equipment 2018-19


Leeds City Council

This framework agreement is for the Supply of Telecare Equipment and covers the requirements of Leeds City Council for goods being delivered directly to Assisted Living Leeds and also to Middlesbrough Borough Council, Hartlepool Borough Council and Kirklees Council. The conditions of the service specification is based on the requirements of Leeds City Council however, where applicable, the specification must be adhered to and applied on behalf of the other named Local Authorities.

Provision of Supported Living Services in High Wycombe for Adults with Learning Disabilities


The Council will commission 3 Supported Living services under one contract for adults with learning disabilities. The contract will be for 2 years with an option to extend for 1 year. Two services will be transitional; working with the Service Users to enable greater independent living skills and increasing their suitability for move on to Independent Living Accommodation.
