Our New Governance - Webinars

TSA is on the brink of an exciting evolution in its governance structure, a journey that commenced in 2021 with a comprehensive review. As we gear towards implementing the next phase, it is paramount to reflect on the progress within the Quality Improvement Programme Board (QIPB) and the integral Special Interest Groups (SIGs) - thank you to everyone who has given their time and efforts to make these such a success.

Our vision is clear - to fortify the connection between TSA and TEC Quality Boards, enhancing our collective insight into the strategic risks and opportunities that shape our sector. This alignment is not just strategic but operational, ensuring robust management across the board.

From 1st July 2024, TSA is set to revitalise its governance framework, and are are seeking the expertise and commitment of passionate industry professionals. The introduction of the 'Strategic Futures Advisory Committee' (SFAC) and the transformation of the QIPB into the 'Sector Risk and Innovation Group (SRIG)' mark significant milestones. Alongside, the 'Innovation and Challenge Panel' is poised to infuse fresh perspectives, replacing the traditional SIGs.

We are excited to invite you to two informative webinars, designed to guide you through the details of these changes, offering a deeper dive into the SFAC and SRIG:
