TSA & ADASS Regional Virtual Engagement Events

TSA & ADASS are working together to promote the integration of technology enabled personalised care into the care systems of the future.

The recommendations from our joint Commission were published at this year’s ITEC Conference and have started a national debate with heightened engagement involving senior officials and social care leaders.

This autumn, we are running 5 regional virtual events that will engage with policy makers and commissioners, shaping the future of integrated care for populations and communities.

The virtual events will be held throughout November and early December reaching out to more than 500 key decision makers in health and social care in the following regions: The North-East; Yorkshire and Humber & the North-West ; Midlands; London; South-West

Event Structure
Each of the 5 regional virtual events will be comprised of two, 2-hour virtual sessions.

The morning session, which will run from 10:00 - 12:00, will have a strategic focus, where we will hear from regional Directors, Digital and Technology leads and Heads of Service around the successes and the challenges they are facing within their particular region.

The afternoon session, which will run from 13:00 - 15:00, will be an Innovation Showcase, where up to 10 organisations will have the opportunity to present to regional leaders on how their solutions can help support the delivery of outcomes in social care. Innovation showcase presentations will showcase solutions that can support in the following areas .

1. Technology Enabled Care supporting hospital discharge, step-down and reablement
2. Enabling solutions to support Learning Disability & Mental Health needs in the community
3. Use of insights and data driven evidence to deliver effective proactive outreach
4. Supporting independence and slowing progression of need in supported housing and residential care
5. Supporting effective falls management through the application of enabling technology solutions and services
