Blended learning is about bringing together different types of learning experience to make learning about a specific topic, or developing yourself, your team or your organisation in a way that is more sustainable. Blended learning doesn’t have to include a digital or virtual element although a lot do. The team at TSA Academy can work with you to develop a blended journey that works for you and your company. Blends can vary, but they could include a virtual classroom, some face to face learning, a peer support element and some videos and resources to support project-based activities.
