This role does not need to be office-based but regular attendance at the Towcester office is important to stay in contact and communicate with sales and other teams.

Oysta is one of the fastest-growing technology companies in the health and social care sector.

Oysta supplies mobile telecare devices and passive sensors to keep Vulnerable Independent People (VIPs) safe at home and away from home and a care platform for Carers to receive insights to provide personalised, preventative care. Our devices and sensors are prescribed and distributed through Local Authorities, Technology Enabled Care (TEC) Providers, Occupation Therapists and Social Workers.

Oysta is looking for an experienced Strategic Account Manager to join their sales team to help build and develop long-term strategic partnerships within a defined number of key clients to drive sales revenues and ensure Oysta are positioned for continued long-term growth within these accounts.

The Strategic Account Manager should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests on a day-to-day basis while developing and nurturing relationships with the customers’ group of key C-Level stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers to ensure Oysta is positioned within their business as the key strategic partner for the provision of digital transformation technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Point of contact for all customer account matters
  • Develop new business, cross-sell and upsell within the client portfolio
  • Accurately forecast and manage sales successfully through the sales cycle, keeping the CRM up-to-date and accurate
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through C-Level stakeholder engagement
  • Work with the Sales team and Customer Success Team to onboard and integrate new clients
  • Drive customer satisfaction
  • Position themselves as the digital transformation ‘guru’ at the Senior Stakeholder level
  • Attend customer-specific and industry-related events nationwide to promote Oysta and drive new business
  • Provide input to the Product Development Team based on customer feedback
  • Organise and attend innovation workshops.

Holiday allowance rises with continued service up to 25 days per annum and there is a holiday bonus scheme available once probation is passed.

The Person

 

The role requires somebody with a minimum of 3 – 5 years of sales experience within the Telecare sector and sound knowledge of SaaS platforms with proven experience in developing and nurturing relationships with key C-Level stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers to ensure Oysta is positioned as the key strategic partner for the provision of digital transformation technologies.

 

  • Proven, evidenced experience in hitting and exceeding revenue targets in a New Business and/or Account Management setting
  • Strong background in managing, retaining, and developing key accounts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across the influencer and decision-maker spectrum
  • Proven ability with end-to-end strategic account management including planning, forecasting, process management, project management, delivery
  • Ability to listen, communicate and present at C-Level
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
