Innovation and Challenge Panel (I​CP)

The Innovation and Challenge Panel (ICP) is a pool of skilled panellists, that have volunteered their time and expertise to support TSA's various work programmes.

TSA's Sector Risk and Innovation Group (SRIG) is responsible for commissioning and overseeing the delivery of time-bound work programmes, these individual programme groups are known as Innovation and Challenge Groups (ICGs) and they are set up to address and respond to key operational risks.

W​hen establishing an ICG the SRIG members identify the desired skills that are needed in order to complete the work programme. The SRIG will then identify individuals from the ICP, that have the required skills and will recruit them to join the ICG.

W​e are always looking to increase the pool of skilled individuals on the ICP, and if you are interested in supporting TSA on a particular work programme, please do complete our skills matrix and return it to us via email: Marketing@TSA-Voice.org.uk
