    Work Programme Update (July 2025)
It has long been recognised that workforce challenges within the TEC sector (at all staff levels) have resulted in a requirement to ensure staff are suitably trained to complete their role alongside the requirements of the TSA QSF. This project aims to ensure staff are trained consistently across the TEC sector and to start to professionalise essential roles. The CPD-accredited e-learning modules are now accessible to Quality Standard Framework certified organisations and has received positive feedback to date from front-line staff including “Concise and well presented, the information was given in a way that was easy to understand as it was broken down into multiple sections then expanded on.”
