New models of working with technology in a proactive and preventive way has seen a number of pilots established nationally with opportunities to work in partnership with Health and Social Care and the changes highlighted this year accommodate these new ways of working now and for the future as these technologies become more prevalent. To help ascertain whether your are currently delivery a Proactive and Preventative Service this is the definition;
Proactive & Preventative TEC
A service matures to a proactive and preventative model when it begins to use data analysis and proactive outreach to the user instead of relying solely on user generated or circumstantial occurrences.
Our Auditors have returned to auditing the Full and Application audits on site with the Annual 1 and Annual 2 audits completed virtually. Over the past two years, alongside the pandemic and platform upgrades we have seen more deferrals within the 3-month parameters of the QSF. For 2023 as we return to ‘business as usual’, we expect our members to complete their audit within their audit renewal month unless there are extenuating circumstances as outlined in the QSF handbook and we will support you to keep on track and manage your timeline through our regular telephone calls if this is required.

Open Meeting Information:
Following our Scheme Change workshops in December where we shared the upcoming changes for consultation, a further ‘open meeting’ has been organised to allow certified members the opportunity to discuss the amended criteria and evidence required and to ask any further questions.
The open meeting will last approximately 45 minutes depending on the number of questions that are asked.
