TSA and PA Consulting are pleased to announce two upcoming TEC Expert sessions, building on the headline findings of the 2025 Adult Social Care Senior leaders TEC survey and the outcomes from the recent TSA & ADASS Proactive & Preventative Blueprint

Session one - Improving Outcomes & Cost Effectiveness within Learning Disability services

Bringing commissioning and service delivery colleagues from councils together; this session will give you:

• Evidence: Hampshire County Council will share both their approach as well as practical actions taken to implement smart speakers solutions within Supported Living.
• Success factors: Identify the crucial building blocks to support successful delivery of personalised outcomes, benefits measurement of cost effective care provision and greater confidence in TEC across staff groups.
• Lessons learned: Learn collectively as a group of the common opportunities and challenges when positioning enabling technology at the centre of care and support.
• Practical tools: Capture meaningful actions around an all-age approach to TEC and engaging with the care provider workforce to help drive change within your council.

Session two - From Promise to Practice: How Councils are taking simple steps to turn Care Technology Insight into Better Lives

Bringing commissioning and service delivery colleagues from councils together; this session will give you:

• Evidence: Kent County Council will share both their evidence as well as the practical steps that they took to improve decision making by 15%.
• Success factors: Identify the simple steps councils can take to use TEC insights to deliver quality outcomes for people and reduce the cost of care.
• Lessons learned: Discuss challenges and opportunities when aiming to successfully position TEC insight
• Practical tools: Take away the tools and strategies you can take to drive meaningful change within your council.

In order that participants across a range of Councils can get the most out of the sessions, we are limiting the attendance on these sessions to a maximum of 2 people per organisation.

We are asking for expressions of interest, that we can gauge the levels of interest and where necessary we can add on additional sessions.
