TSA and PA Consulting are pleased to announce the next session in the TEC Expert Series.

From Promise to Practice: How Councils are taking simple steps to turn Care Technology Insight into Better Lives

On October 15th (13.00-15.00), at PA Consulting head office in London Victoria, by Buckingham Palace.

You will join commissioning colleagues from other councils; this session will give you:

• Evidence: Kent County Council will share both their evidence as well as the practical steps that they took to improve decision making by 15%.
• Success factors: Identify the simple steps councils can take to use TEC insights to deliver quality outcomes for people and reduce the cost of care.
• Lessons learned: Discuss challenges and opportunities when aiming to successfully position TEC- insight
• Practical tools: Take away the tools and strategies you can take to drive meaningful change within your council.

In order that participants can get the most out of the sessions, we are limiting the attendance on this session to 20 participants.

We are asking for expressions of interest, that we can gauge the levels of interest and where necessary we can add on additional sessions.
