As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers?handling enquiries, resolving issues, and supporting sales efforts across multiple channels.
- Managing inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats with professionalism
- Providing expert advice on products, pricing, and availability
- Proactively contacting customers to promote products and re-engage lapsed accounts
- Handling quotes, orders, complaints, returns, and warranty queries
- Supporting exhibitions and UK-based events
