Henry works across membership support and workforce services within the TSA. With a background in retail, he brings extensive customer service experience to his role. Henry joined the TSA team in 2023 as a Business Support Officer, before moving into workforce support through the TSA Virtual Home. In May 2025, he joined the Membership team, where he continues to support members across the sector.
