Mindme Announces Significant Subscription Price Reductions Following Five Years of Strategic Improvements

07 May 2026

Mindme has significantly reduced its subscription pricing, improving affordability and enabling it to support a greater number of vulnerable people at a time when financial pressures are increasing.

Since taking over Mindme from their father five years ago, siblings Katy and Simon have focused on delivering improvements that benefit both new and existing customers.

A key priority has been reducing monthly subscription costs; an initiative that required careful planning to ensure service quality, reliability and long-term sustainability were never compromised.

Mindme can now pass on these efficiencies through significantly lower subscription rates for new purchases. On average, subscriptions are around 50% lower for customers using their own response centre and nearly 40% lower for those using Mindme’s response centre. These reductions reflect the company’s commitment to improving affordability while maintaining the high standards customers expect.

Katy Wolf-Gowing commented:
“Our goal has always been to strike the right balance between affordability and quality. While we have never increased subscription prices, we recognised they were sometimes perceived as expensive. We are pleased to address that and better align with industry preferences, where there is typically a higher upfront investment and lower ongoing costs.

We believe Mindme is probably the most affordable GPS-enabled solution on the market, with always-on GPS as standard. Our subscription continues to offer a comprehensive package of features without additional fees.”

This announcement underscores Mindme’s ongoing commitment to innovation, value and customer-focused service.
