Digitally Enabled Lives: Building Connected Communities

Community care and neighbourhood health are becoming increasingly important to how health, housing and social care services are planned and delivered. Building Connected Communities will look at how organisations can work together more effectively, supported by digital approaches that respond to the needs of people and communities.

The event will bring together leaders, practitioners, technology partners and people with lived experience. We will consider why integration matters, where collaboration can become difficult and how stronger local partnerships can support better outcomes.
