Across adult social care, the ambition to use technology enabled care more proactively is already there. Many local authorities have strategies in place, clear priorities and a strong understanding of the role TEC can play in supporting people to live well and independently for longer.
The challenge is turning that ambition into an operating model that works every day, across teams, services and systems.
With demand continuing to rise, workforce capacity under pressure and budgets increasingly stretched, there is a growing need to make proactive and preventative approaches work at scale. The ADASS and TSA Blueprint, Unlocking the Power of Proactive and Preventative Care Services, set out the opportunity and the case for change. This webinar will focus on the practical journey that follows.
We will explore what it takes to move from strategy into delivery, from developing a compelling business case and securing senior sponsorship, through to co-designing new ways of working, engaging the workforce and embedding TEC within everyday practice.
The session will also look at how organisations can demonstrate impact, build confidence in new approaches and create the evidence needed to maintain momentum over the longer term.
Nerys Hebdon, Head of TEC Customer Enablement at Access Group will share insights into the adoption journey and the practical steps that can help organisations move forward. we will also be joined by Paul Higginbottom from Sheffield City Council, who will bring a local authority perspective and share first-hand experience of the opportunities, challenges and lessons involved in scaling proactive TEC in practice.
Chaired by TSA’s Deputy Chief Executive, Paul Berney, the webinar will combine practical thinking with real-world experience, giving attendees ideas they can apply within their own organisations.
Whether you are developing your approach, beginning to scale activity or looking at how TEC can become more deeply embedded across your organisation, this session will help you consider what comes next and how to make progress that lasts.
